SEATTLE, WA – A driver died Sunday night after crashing into two vehicles and a building near the airport in Seattle.
The accident occurred around 9 p.m. on Martin Luther King Jr. Way near 42nd Avenue South, which is just east of the Museum of Flight.
The investigation indicates that a vehicle struck two other vehicles at a red light before attempting to flee the scene and crashing into an auto shop. The collision caused the vehicle to catch fire.
The driver of the vehicle that hit the building died at the scene of the accident. His passenger escaped the car before it caught fire.
No other injuries have been reported.
