Man crashes into power pole and flees scene in Everett

EVERETT, WA – A hit-and-run accident left a vehicle on its side and a power pole damaged in Everett on Saturday morning, reports My Everett News.

The crash took place around 9:20 a.m. at 57th and Evergreen Way where an SUV had run a red light and crashed into the power pole and overturning to come to rest on its side.

The driver left the scene on foot after being rescued from the vehicle by bystanders.

At the time of this writing, the driver is still at large.
