KITTITAS CO., WA – A plow driver went to the hospital on Monday after a collision with an 18-wheeler along the interstate in central Kittitas County.
The accident occurred around 5:30 p.m. on the westbound side of I-90 near Ellensburg, which is home to Central Washington University.
Police say that a semi-truck rear-ended a Washington State Department of Transportation plow truck along the interstate while the latter vehicle worked to treat the roadway.
The plow driver sustained non-critical injuries.
