Glenn Starks was struck by a 2006 Pontiac G6 at 8:15am on Dec. 3 and died onsite on HW 99 and Manor Way. The driver drove away. The right lane was not opened up until 2pm that day. Those with information are asked to call 911 to share whatever information they may have regarding the accident.
