Eight-vehicle pile-up on I-5 causes minor injuries, delays

SEATTLE, WA – An accident involving eight vehicles on Monday morning caused injuries and delays on Interstate 5 near Joint Base Lewis-McChord, reports Q13 Fox.

The accident reportedly took place close to 6:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes where the pile-up blocked the three right lanes of I-5 for upwards of an hour.

Minor injuries are reported in the accident, though details of how many were injured or the involvement of EMS are not provided at this time.
