PUYALLUP, WA – A customer at a boba shop was hurt when a car crashed through the front of the building and pinned her to the counter on Monday, reports Fox 13 Seattle. The crash occurred on S. Meridian Street in Puyallup when a driver in the parking lot of the Harmony Boba House accidentally stepped on the gas and drove through the front of the store. FIFE, WA – A man was cited for negligent driving after falling asleep at the wheel, crashing into a trailer hauling a boat on Saturday afternoon. KOMO news reports that the crash happened close to 5 p.m. when the driver, headed northbound on Interstate 5, pushed the trailer off the road into a ditch near 70th Ave E. GIG HARBOR, WA – The passenger of a vehicle died in a crash on Purdy Drive after the driver of his vehicle fell asleep at the wheel Wednesday morning. AOL News reports that the accident occurred close to 5 a.m. on the 12900 block of Purdy Drive. The driver of an SUV fell asleep, allowing the vehicle to drift across the road through the oncoming lane an into a ditch. The resulting fatality crash killed a 34-year-old man who was riding in the vehicle. Two children in the vehicle were hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries. The driver was seriously injured.
