LYNNWOOD, WA – A teenager was hospitalized following a crash in Lynnwood in which their vehicle struck several obstacles before overturning on Friday morning.
Shoreline Area News reports that the accident occurred at almost 11 a.m. near the intersection of 199th and Highway 99 when the injured driver lost control of their vehicle.
The car knocked down two utility poles and a fire hydrant. The vehicle at some point overturned, coming to rest on its roof.
The driver was extricated from the vehicle and taken to the hospital.
No other injuries are reported in the accident.
No word on what is thought to have caused the crash.
