AUBURN, WA – Five people were injured in Auburn after their vehicle went down a steep embankment on Tuesday night.
KIRO 7 reports that the incident took place close to 5:30 p.m. on Oravetz Road Southeast when a vehicle went off road and feel close to 30 feet down an embankment.
Responders were able to rescue five occupants of the vehicle with the use of an all-terrain vehicle.
All five of the vehicle’s occupants were hospitalized with what Valley Regional Fire officials described as non-life-threatening injuries.
Impairment is not suspected to be involved, and there is no other word on what may have caused the crash.
