BREMERTON, WA – Two people were killed and two others were hospitalized after a vehicle in Bremerton went airborne and crashed into a building Saturday morning.
KIRO reports the crash occurred close to 2 a.m. near Wheaton Way and Sheridan Roam when a the driver of a speeding vehicle northbound on Wheaton Way lost control of the car.
The two fatalities were passengers in the vehicle, who were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and another passenger were flown to Harborview Medical Center. The severity of their injuries is unreported.
Alcohol and speed are suspected causes of the crash according to authorities.
