Four hospitalized after three-car wreck on SR 7

LEWIS COUNTY, WA – Impairment was reportedly a factor in a three-vehicle crash that hospitalized four people on Sunday afternoon.

The Chronicle reports that the series of accidents began close to 5:15 p.m. at milepost seven on State Route 7 when a southbound Honda Pilot struck the rear of a Ford Focus which in turn struck a Subaru Legacy in the oncoming lane.

The drivers of the Honda and the Subaru were both taken to Arbor Health Hospital for medical treatment. The driver of the Honda and a passenger in that vehicle were hospitalized at Harborview Medical Center. The extent of the injuries sustained is unknown on all counts.
