Motorcyclist injured in single-vehicle crash east of Ellensburg

KITTITAS COUNTY, WA – Distracted driving is thought to be the cause of a motorcycle crash that injured a Yakima man over the weekend on I-90.

According to iFiberOne, the crash occurred when the rider, Elias Garcia, 21, crashed his motorcycle while headed westbound on I-90, close to Ellensburg.

Garcia was taken to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

No other injuries were reported in the accident.
